Modular home setting on a full partially finished concrete basement 0n 6.5 acres. House needs some TLC. Some of the furniture will be included in the sale of the property. Property is fenced with 3 small out buildings. There appears to be some mold and mildew on the ceiling tiles in the basement but the basement looks to be  dry.
