This completely wooded 54 acre property is a sportsman’s paradise. With a deeded 25’ wide right of way for access, it is extremely private. Wildlife abounds! The main species are hard maple, red oak, soft maple and cucumber. Most of the white ash was removed in 2024 but no other species were cut. The topography ranges from fairly flat to moderately steep in places and a small intermittent stream runs through the property.
