Hi there! I'm renting out the back ADU. The space comes with an electric stove top, a two-burner weber gas grill (outside), an AC/heating unit, closet, bathroom, outdoor single-unit w/d, and private outdoor yard space. The ADU is set back a ways behind a fence from the main house in a quiet neighborhood north of York. Plenty of street parking, but driveway available in the event of a huge neighborhood event (I've yet to see this happen or have trouble parking on the street myself). Two people live in the main house with a dog, who is friendly. Unfortunately no dogs/ cats allowed in the back, but open to considering smaller pets (one tenant had a tortoise). Full month's rent deposit required, and renter's insurance required at time of move in. Lease is month to month. Owner covers all utilities, including internet (if you want to upgrade internet, it's on you to do so, but no tenants so far have had major issues with using the main house's acct). month to month
