We are within 30 minutes of downtown Knoxville, several medical facilities, and the Great Smoky Mountains with miles of beautiful hiking trails! We are 12 miles from McGhee Tyson (Knoxville) airport, and about the same to several restaurants, Walmart, Home Depot, grocery stores, and pickleball courts! Indoors you will find 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, living room, den, updated kitchen, and a screened porch. Main living area has a full wall of windows overlooking the lake! It also has comfortable furniture including a sitting couch, a reclining couch, a swivel chair, coffee table, and a 55" smart TV. Covered outdoor area has a mini-fridge, bar with stools, and a remote control fan. Large fire pit, grill, patio seating, and solar lights complete the backyard. There is a pool but it will NOT be open during this time. Our property is nearly an acre. The driveway is long and provides plenty of room for parking. The backyard is fenced. This is our primary home. Our personal belongings will be around but not in your way. Our guests need to understand and respect that. We rent it while we travel. We would prefer to have guests stay the entire time, January through April, but will consider shorter time frames. One month minimum. Available January 5 through April 2026.
