New cabin off grid needs some work but have most things that need. Bathroom just needs a sink light and mirror. And door and floor trim . Kitchen not done but has brand new ge appliances. Just don’t know what kind of material to use and want to make it custom. All electrical is running. Has ceiling fan in living area. And a 6x4 pantry/storage. Bathroom is 8x8 kitchen is 8x8 living room and dining area is in a 16x16 that shares the 6x4 pantry. Upstairs is 16x16 with a 16x10 bedroom almost complete and a 6x16 open porch. Has a bunch of fruit trees from Mango’s, avocados, cacao, Brazilian cherry, abiu, strawberries, papaya, coconut, figs, loquat, strawberry waiwi, lemon grass, hot Hawaiian chili pepper, mamaki tree” it’s a tea” , sour sap, bananas and jaboticaba and achiote. Got injured so slowed me down on the build. Has a 1800 gallon catchment tank uv filter20 gallon pressure tank with home filtration filters. Has a 48 volt outback inverter system that run everything in home. Has 4 565 watt bi facial solor panels and a 7.2 kw lithium battery bank. Totally off grid. Other then internet. Has a 5 feet fence around whole property. Have receipts of most everything in home.
