First floor condo with parking right outside entrance corridor. Very quiet area in the winter, about 1/2 mile from Coastal Highway. Short term rental October 16th 2024 through April 2025 . I am seeking a professional, responsible, quiet individual(s) 2 adults, 2 children maximum for this short term rental in Mid-Town Ocean City, MD . Tenant(s) must follow all rules as well as be very respectful to fellow renters and owners in the building. Tenant(s) pays for all utilities and all utilities must be transferred into tenants name which are water, electric, heat, Internet. No cable, there are two smart TV's with streaming only using Tenants streaming account(s). Landlord can show utility bills from October-April 2024-2025, for general information on costs renter needs to expect to pay. Short term renter insurance is required for damages above security deposit. No Smoking or Vaping, even on the deck, fire hazard against condominium rules. One parking space approximately 15 feet from front door. Street parking also available. Tenant must follow noise ordinance in Ocean City and utmost respect must be given to other condo owners/renters. If any of the rules above are violated, including smoking inside or on deck, immediate eviction and fees for repairing damages will take place without refunds. Smoking inside can cause expensive repairs such as painting, replacing curtains, etc. Current background check required. Landlord will inspect condition of property during the duration of lease to ensure proper care of unit as allowed by law. Tenant must remove all belongings and vacate unit on or before April 30th, 2025 without incident. Owner will be moving other items into unit the day lease ends and all person(s) and their possessions need to be completely moved out for owner to take residence. No stay overs past lease ending date.
