This rare, large tract of recreational timberland contains a diverse mixture of upland and lowland being primarily wooded with a mixture of hardwoods, aspen, black spruce, and tamarack. It features gated road access off of South Buckhorn Road and contains an interior woods road developed by past forest management facilitating access through the entire tract. The Wisconsin Managed Forest Law program facilitates low taxes and the potential for future revenue from timber management.
