This lot is owned by a nurseryman, who loves palms and ornamentals. He graded and cleared almost the entire lot, and planted a number of rare palms, fruit trees, and ornamentals. He also dug a huge space for a pond, 50 by 25 ft, and about 15 ft deep (estimate). It could be a reservoir for farming, a fish pond, a very large private swimming pool. Use your imagination. It is somewhat overgrown, but would not take much effort to restore it to the cleared state. We cleared a path into the lot, to make it easier to see, and show the levelness. Come take a look.
