This beautifully, furnished elegant contemporary lake front pool home on the green, has had a recent 100k upgrade. Your view from inside the home and the large pool area is beyond breathtaking, with a lake view followed by the view of the 10th hole on the green. All you see is 3-D beauty and nature with complete privacy. This property is conveniently located to just about everything. You are one minute from I-95, minutes from the ocean, Flagler beach, restaurants and shopping ammenities and an hour and 15 minutes to Orlando International airport, making everything in Florida within driving distance. The home has an open floor plan with a lot of glass and sliding glass doors, that can be fully opened to make the living room, Florida room and pool area all one big happy open space. This home was originally built as a three bedroom two bathroom home and was occupied by one family, who had it very well appointed with a lot of very nice furnishings. We as a renovation and historic restoration company, took it to the next level. We only do things nice, using intelligent design and high quality products. This rental can accommodate a single person or two individuals or a couple making it a two person maximum rental. There is the official master bedroom and bath. The 2nd bedroom can be used by couples desiring separate bedrooms or for the 2nd tenant or as a guest room. The 3rd room may function as a home office. No pets of any kind are allowed and we are a 100% nonsmoking home and property, meaning there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property. The entire home was painted with Ben Moore custom colors. The kitchen and laundry room are a warm sunshine yellow. The main body has different whites through out, with a wonderful ruby color in the dining room and alcoves. All trim and doors are gloss white with chrome or black hardware. The main bedroom and bath are well appointed with a king sized bed and generous bathroom with a double sink and roman tub. There are new fixtures throughout. In the main bedroom there is a brand new king size Beauty Rest mattress and box spring on an exquisite wooden frame. There is a new 40" TV, large ceiling fan and various lights. There are new 600 thread count 100% cotton sateen weave sheets and a new wool comforter. The bedroom floors are all new real wood as are the living, dining and Florida rooms, office, hall and second dining area. The tile floors include the kitchen, laundry, bath and spa room floors. The 2nd bedroom also has a beautiful wood frame and queen sized bed that also has a new Beauty Rest bed, cotton sheets and wool comforter along with a 32" TV. The entire home is a combination of beautiful original and new wood floors, tile with multiple area rugs. The living room boosts very nice quality comfortable furniture and a brand new 86" LG 4000k TV and functional base cabinet with LED accent lighting. There are cathedral ceilings and skylights through out. The formal dining room has a beautiful table that accommodates a 6 place setting with chandelier and hi-hat lighting. We have installed custom lighting and dimmers throughout the home so you can control the lighting according to your taste. The kitchen has a new commercial grade gas stove and oven as well as a powerful range hood, which is duct directly to the outside. There is a second dining room with a table and chairs off the kitchen with great views. The flow of the floor plan never boxes you in as you can go from one area directly to another by going around in a circle. We added a new LG washer and dryer with steam feature and utility sink. Plumbing and faucets have been upgraded throughout. The pool is equipped with a brand new bright, multi colored LED pool light, which allows you to select the right color for your mood. For a more intimate and private pool experience, we have installed two 8' roll down waterproof privacy screens on either side of the pools screened enclosure that can be used to block any view of neighbors homes on either side in the pool area. Simply roll them up or down at your discretion. New double French doors in the office open to a nice stone patio facing the lake, with a walkway leading to the pool area. The pool is fully screened in with stairs to easily get you in and out of and at the deep end of the pool the water is over six feet deep. There is also an indoor hot tub in the spa room off the Florida room that has sliding glass doors that go out to the pool. We had all the sliding glass door bearing units replaced, so the doors slide like new. There are indirect accent lights around the outside the of the home and pool area with a place to sit and relax. A large patio connecting the pool and French doors of the office adds plenty of area for outdoor activities. The home has ample closets through out and there is plenty of space in the large 2.5 car garage with an automatic door opener and generous wide driveway that can accommodate two vehicles side by side. We recently built a custom work bench in the garage and added storage cabinets. we epoxied the floor, painted walls and added bright overhead lights. Our latest addition is addi d beautiful French doors from the office area onto a new huge stone patio with accent lights. If that's not enough we added 130 shurbs that will grow into the perfect square hedgerow from privacy for the entire patio and pool area. As of October 2025, a brand new French door fridge with bottom freezer was added with easy access door ice and water. For added piece of mind we have replaced or upgraded systems such as new water heater and HVAC components and have had all duct work professionally cleaned so you are breathing fresh air through clean ducts with no impurities that contribute to allergies or respiratory issues. We have also had all the floors, area rugs and material furnishings professionally steam cleaned so everything is fresh and deep down clean. The Landlord will maintain and occupy several storage closets within the garage for tools, supplies and personal belongings. Rents will be collected automatically via ACH debit from your checking account. We require first months rent and a 1.5 month security deposit. We pay all real estate taxes and HOA fees. All other utilities, electric, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, propane g, weekly pool and lawn maintenance, streaming TV and high speed internet are additional. All utility services remain in Landlords name. The majority of services are fixed with the exception of electric, water/sewer and propane gas for cooking. There are no additional 3rd party broker or management fees or commissions involved. You will be dealing with us, the owners of the property directly. This simplifies everything and makes for clear communication and a good relationship. We do not enter into any 3rd party relationships. The individual who signs the lease is the actual person living in the home, so if you are working for a company who provides housing for you as part of your arrangement, the lease must be between Landlord and tenant and not between Landlord and your employer and/or a 3rd party relocation service. No 3rd party web sites, that we may advertise on, has any input as to our tenant application and/or approval process. You will be dealing exclusively with the owners of this property from the start of the process until lease signing. This is not being rented as a weekly vacation rental. The monthly cost for this beautifully furnished pool home is $4,375.00, plus services and utilities. Tenant will obtain and supply proof of renters insurance within 10 days of lease signing.
