The Regency Plaza condo is one of the best built condos in the Daytona Beach area and offers one of the last pristine sand dunes on a no-drive section of beach, which provides safe and secluded beach access. The bedrooms and the living area feature hickory hardwood floors and all the bathrooms have tile and granite countertops. The sliding glass doors and windows are hurricane wind resistant, and there are aluminum storm shutters. There are numerous restaurants, Publix grocery store and Dollar General all within walking distance. There is an onsite Manager in the main office on the first floor and underground assigned parking for each unit.
