Includes all furnishings in photos excepting bed linens. Also includes is a microwave, toaster oven and coffee machine (not shown in photos). We can remove furnishings if desired. We're a fun, creative, and grounded couple. One of us is a chef, educator, and entrepreneur; the other is a hospice nurse and artist. We're professional, organized, tidy, and deeply respectful. Our home is happy, artistic, and full of love. We entertain in our backyard regularly, enjoy good food and drinks, and are 420-friendly. We've proudly lived in this neighborhood for 25 years and are well-loved by our community. We're highly sensitive to energy and personality drama, negativity, and judgmental attitudes have no place here. One of us is an empath, so we truly value peace, honesty, and emotional maturity in our shared environment. We're looking for someone who will complement our space, not complicate it.
