Hi, I have a downstairs room/bathroom for rent in a 4 bedroom/3 Bath house in the Kavala Ranch Community, where the utilities is included in the rent. The room is downstairs and adjacent to the kitchen/living room, and the bathroom is right next to the room. The room will be unfurnished. You would have access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room. In the kitchen you would have a designated refrigerator section, cabinet space, and counter space if needed. Currently there are 2 professional working roommates who usually keep to them selves, and keep the house clean and is pretty quiet. Looking for someone that can keep the current serenity in the home, and there will be no additional roommates after the third. Within 5 mins there: 1. Casual dining places like Chipotle, Round Table, and Capriati's 2. Raley's for grocery 3. Walgreens for pharmacy and toiletries Within 15 mins there are: 1. 50 Freeway Entrance 2.
