Attached-home-studio with private access located in a very safe, quiet, residential neighborhood nestled below the Santa Cruz mountains, near Los Gatos, Campbell and Willow Glen and just minutes from Hwy 85, Hwy 17 and Hwy 87. There are activities for every hobby and interest as well as plenty of nightlife nearby. This "tiny-home-style" studio was carefully designed to be very comfortable, private and efficient and includes exclusive use of a private patio deck. It overlooks a spacious shared backyard and has new shared laundry appliances onsite (I am currently the only other person living on the property). Free street parking is safe and plentiful. This studio is perfect for someone who values safety, privacy and independence (no annoying roommates), but doesn't require lots of space for storage or entertaining numerous guests. This is for single occupancy only (we can discuss very reasonable guest/visitor policies). I do own a very sweet dog and occasionally have other sweet dogs in the yard. Dog lovers or at least dog-friendly applicants are especially welcome. First three months are month-to-month. Will consider lease option after 3 months.
