Looking for a great hunting property that BORDERS BLM this one had lots of signs of Elk. It is very wooded and slopes, but if you cut some trees, the view of the mountain range is fantastic. Located between Westcliff and Rosita this has a lot of private land around it. There is no driveway so you need to park and walk in as the road does not actually go to the property. GPS or OnX is needed so you know you on the correct property.
