This house will be available to rent 11/1/2025 Available for rent is this Large 3 Bedroom/1 Bath (plus a room for either an office or a bedroom that has a window) in a 2 story house, in the Northwest side of Warren. We do not accept Sec 8 nor lease to own. This house sits on a quiet block and the inside and outside was recently painted. Tenant will be responsible for supplying their own refrigerator + stove. Living room and Dining room is nice and large and kitchen is spacious, there is a Garage and Driveway The Floors are hardwood except for one of the bedrooms that has carpet and the dining room and kitchen has vinyl. Monthly rent is $1050/mo plus tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, water/sewer/trash). Tenant is required to pay First Month's Rent and Security Deposit Equal to the Rent as a requirement to move in and a $250 water deposit.
