Smoking: The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking tobacco or marijuana is not permitted anywhere in the leased premises, building, or common areas. Guests: Lessor must request permission to invite any guests to stay over or visit. Guests are not allowed to occupy the premises for more than seven consecutive days. Guests and invitees must follow all home rules and regulations. Pets: Pets are not permitted without prior written consent from the Lessor. Maintenance and Repairs: The renter is required to keep the premises in a clean, healthy condition and good working order.
