Now it’s easier than ever to schedule multifamily home tours on Zillow. We’ve partnered with Knock®, a leading multifamily CRM and performance management platform, to bring automated tour scheduling to rentals on Zillow. This integration will deliver a more efficient and integrated experience for our partners and renters.

With this new integration, prospective renters can view a property’s live calendar schedule and immediately book a tour — without waiting for a confirmation call or email.

Renters who schedule a tour appointment will also receive automated email and text reminders to help reduce no-shows. 

Already a Knock user? Zillow Rentals partners who use Knock will be able to automatically receive scheduled tours with Zillow renters. If you're not getting these leads, please contact support@knockcrm.com to opt in.
