What does Rendering House do?

Although we’re mainly known as a rendering company, we’re actually more of a visualization software company. Using the latest technologies, we create renderings — including elevations, floor plans, site plans, interiors, amenities, aerials — as well interactive apps, animations and virtual tours that builders can use in their marketing campaigns.

Most builders are small businesses like us and need our technologies to compete in today’s tech-centric marketplace — particularly among millennial buyers.

What’s the biggest problem builders want you to solve?

We help them overcome a new home buyer’s pain points, which includes difficulty finding unbuilt homes and visualizing the lifestyle those homes offer. Builders need buyers to more easily discover new homes from among hundreds of communities, plans, options and lots. They also need tools that enable buyers to interactively design and price their homes online so they can save their favorites and eventually buy their custom home.

We help builders improve their digital marketing by advancing static and generic house renderings to interactive, customizable homes that buyers can virtually explore.

How does your tech benefit buyers during their home search?

We enable buyers to search inventory and unbuilt homes across builders’ communities and plans, as well as instantly design and experience their new homes on their smartphones. The AI on our apps shows them homes, popular plans and options, and points of interest. It also matches buyers to communities, plans and, ultimately, builders.

What advice do you have for builders looking to incorporate your type of tech into their marketing strategy?

Use visualization tools and apps to curate the home buyer’s journey as they navigate digital channels like websites, email, social media, sales kiosks and portals. Move the buyer down the sales funnel using online marketing technologies that more effectively connect buyers with your homes.
