The dashboard gives builders visibility into their Zillow advertising campaign performance within 48 hours and the ability to export data to share with your colleagues and leaders. The data helps you manage listings, campaigns and budgeting based on performance insights.

The Builder Boost report highlights your past and current Boost campaigns. Builder Boost expands your Promoted Communities listings’ reach — whether through ads on Zillow and Trulia or retargeting on Facebook — providing active buyers more opportunities to discover your new construction homes and communities.
Dig deep into performance metrics like overall performance, impressions, web link clicks, click-through rate, cost per click and spend to asses campaign effectiveness. Our Builder Boost reports display data by both the campaign and company division level, so you’ll only see what’s important to you.

The Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) report shares data directly from home shoppers who have completed short surveys after they connect or attempt a connection with you via your Promoted Communities listing. Data is surfaced directly into the Builder Dashboard, making it easy to monitor and improve on critical touch points throughout the buyer’s journey.

The Content Completion report takes into consideration how complete Promoted Communities listing feed content is, focusing on three categories: community information, plans and specs. It’s a cross-platform tool that lives in the New Home Feed and in your Builder Dashboard. Marketers can dive deep into subcategories or get even more granular with a data details report in Builder Dashboard to understand where there are gaps in listing content — and then improve their Promoted Communities listing feed.
