How do you know your Zillow spend is generating contacts and conversions? The Zillow Sales Attribution Program helps you better understand where your sales center visitors originate and what your Zillow cost per sale is once they purchase a home.

Our attribution program works by comparing your data on home sales and walk-in traffic to the prior engagement those same individuals took on your Promoted Communities listings.

By matching the customer behaviors you record with the engagements we see (Zillow or Trulia page views and lead submissions), we can determine any influence that took place before they stepped into your sales center or bought one of your homes. This greater level of data transparency allows you to make more informed marketing decisions.
