Meet the 2023-2025 Agent Advisory Board members

Introducing our Agent Advisory Board Alumni program

The Agent Advisory Board (AAB) was established as a forum for Zillow’s Premier Agent partners to share insight and industry expertise, helping to inform Zillow’s strategy behind key business decisions. The board provides a platform for partners and Zillow leadership to raise important questions, voice concerns, and discuss important industry topics in a structured environment leading to a mutually beneficial exchange of ideas. 

This diverse group of partners are leaders in their industry and work closely alongside Zillow to help define the company's strategic direction in three important areas: 

Partnership: Offer guidance on corporate strategies and insight into real estate industry trends. Identify opportunities that help partners and Zillow make it easier for connections to unlock life’s next chapter.

Product: Assist in the ideation and testing of new Zillow products, programs, features, and tools while being a leader in adoption. Enable partners to grow their business while providing a better experience for connections.

Voice: Represent the interests of partners across the country. Be an advocate for the long-term vision of Zillow within the partner community and the industry at large.

Membership Details

The AAB meets officially as a group each quarter both virtually and in person, and also participates in focus groups, office hours, and other as-needed opportunities to connect with each other and Zillow.

Board members will have early visibility into company announcements, access to Zillow leadership and product teams, partner networking opportunities, and the ability to participate in Zillow events, webinars, panel discussions, and media interviews.

Their board membership comes with expectations such as:

  • Being a licensed real estate professional and an active Zillow Premier Agent
  • Committing 4 hours per month to contribute to meetings, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, and more
  • Signing an Advisory Board Agreement 
  • Agreeing to a two-year membership, with the opportunity to reapply after two years
  • Following Zillow’s partner code of conduct and good neighbor policy

2023-2025 Agent Advisory Board Members

Zillow is excited to announce 2023-2025 appointments to our Agent Advisory Board. The board includes 28 members who work closely with Zillow leaders to help define our strategic direction, improve our products, and strengthen our agent partnerships across the U.S.

When selecting this class, we looked for candidates who have scaled their business, emerged as early adopters of new tools, and provided impeccable client experiences. Zillow will tap into their tremendous expertise to help the broader agent community. Get to know the members below:

Christie Cannon | Dallas, TX

Christie and her team have been serving families in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for the past 20 years. She and her husband, Kevin, have remained a top-producing team with Keller Williams year after year and ranked in Keller William’s top 1% internationally. Christie is excited to help other agents grow and find opportunities and is honored to continue to be an industry leader, speaker, trainer, and coach.

Erin Catron | Tulsa, OK

Erin is a real estate broker with over 15 years of experience and expertise. She has achieved incredible success during that time with her innovative approach to utilizing systems and relationships to scale her team. In addition to serving on Zillow’s Advisory Board, Erin is also a best-selling author and podcast host.

Quentin Dane | Raleigh, NC

Quentin became a realtor after he couldn't find one that met his expectations. As CEO of DASH Carolina, a tech-forward real estate firm, he aims to recruit agents who share his vision for a better way to real estate through generosity, engagement, and accountability. As CEO, he leads his team to fulfill their mission of doing the right thing, every time.

Hao Dang | Seattle, WA

Hao is dedicated to coaching his team and helping them gain the same skill set that he has achieved through his 20+ years of real estate experience. He brings powerful negotiation skills, a strong reputation, thorough market knowledge, and a passion for helping people with each transaction. His partnerships with contractors and loan officers, as well as his relationships with other agents, work to his clients' advantage.

Treasure Davis | Colorado Springs, CO

Treasure leads the #1 real estate team in Colorado Springs, Fountain, Monument, Woodland Park, and Fort Carson, Colorado. She is known throughout the military community for the Hometown Heroes program, which caters to first responders. Treasure is also a proud volunteer realtor on Ft. Carson, in the housing office. She strives for clients to become lifelong friends because they are repeat customers, referrals from family and friends, or clients who desire a streamlined, honest, and fruitful process.

Sarita Dua | Hillsboro, OR

Sarita has been selling real estate for 20 years. Her team uses an innovative approach to selling real estate that works their database for referrals and employs a unique combination of high-tech and high-touch tactics with buyers. Sarita is an industry speaker, trainer, and coach, and recently completed an Executive MBA from MIT Sloan.

Becky Garcia | Phoenix, AZ

Becky entered the real estate world back in 2004 and has had a strong Zillow partnership for 10 years. The Garcia Group works with hundreds of clients a year to make homeownership a reality for them. Although they work with clients in various stages, their passion is helping single women make their goals a reality by building wealth through real estate.

Abel Gilbert | Miami, FL

Abel is the founder and CEO of ONEPATH Realty in Miami, FL. He has gone from being a real estate agent to team leader to now broker owner. The lessons he's learned over the years have given him the perspective to create systems and processes to elevate the skill and efficiency of real estate agents. His mission is to help families reach the goal of sustainable homeownership.

Micah Harper | San Antonio, TX

Micah is CEO of Exquisite Properties, one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in San Antonio, Texas. He’s a proud Zillow FLEX Select partner and has been a Zillow Agent Advisory Board member since 2018. In addition to being a broker, Micah is a licensed attorney and real estate developer specializing in urban infill projects.

Marcus Larrea | Fort Myers, FL

Marcus is the founder and team lead at Palm Paradise Real Estate, a team-based brokerage serving all of southwest Florida. In just over six years, he has grown from an individual agent to leading one of the top teams in Florida. Marcus holds an MBA from the University of Florida and considers himself an entrepreneur at heart, having started multiple companies across the healthcare, construction, and real estate industries.

Jeremy Larson | Santa Cruz, CA

Jeremy is an award-winning team leader for Larson Real Estate Team, located in Santa Cruz and Monterey, California. Jeremy is a three-time Inc. 500 CEO. His team has more than doubled in volume each of the past three years, and he loves helping others grow and become successful.

Mercy Lugo-Struthers | Woodbridge, VA

Mercy is a renowned leader of a top-five team in the Northern Virginia real estate market. With over a decade and a half of experience in the industry, her goal is to empower her diverse team of real estate advisors to achieve their full potential through comprehensive training, accountability, and a passion for serving their clients.

Jason Mitchell | Paradise Valley, AZ

Jason Mitchell currently ranks as the #1 Broker within the United States. His team, The Jason Mitchell Group, currently sits as the #1 Real Estate Team within the USA, on track to close 8,000 transactions and $3.5BB in volume for 2022. He has been featured in GQ, The Wall Street Journal, and Forbes. Additionally, Jason serves and has served on a variety of boards including: Zillow, Veterans United, Easy Knock, and Rocket Homes.

Lily Moore | Westlake, TX

Lily is an extraordinary example of a woman who has overcome adversity, taken risks, and charted her own course to achieve the American dream. Lily was born and raised in El Salvador and arrived in the United States at the age of 20. Alone and speaking no English, she forged her way to success against what many might consider insurmountable odds. Today, Lily is an industry leader and broker/owner of the award-winning brokerage firm Lily Moore Realty.

Elmer Morales | Chino, CA

Elmer is the owner and founder of ehomes based in Chino, California. In 2022, ehomes helped nearly 1,200 families purchase or sell real estate, with over $850 million in sales volume. Ehomes turns the traditional real estate sales model on its head by integrating it with emerging technologies, working with people of integrity and character, and harnessing the power of social media and digital marketing. Elmer has been featured globally by Inman, RE/MAX, and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

Winston Murray | Portland, OR

As a lifelong entrepreneur and founder of two local nonprofits, Winston's roots in the Pacific Northwest run deep. At Works Real Estate, the mission to help people identify and achieve their real estate goals for life has attracted a community of like-minded agents and brokerage staff. Creating strong relationships with clients and community members to mobilize towards a better future with equal access to homeownership is paramount in Winston’s vision.

Dave Ness | Denver, CO

In 2012, Dave founded Thrive Real Estate Group in Denver. Thrive is composed of a powerful, diversified, and top-rated group of real estate “advisors” — which is what Thrivers have become known as in Denver. He has been a Zillow Premier Agent since 2011 and an Advisory Board member since 2018.

Joseph Ossichak | Montclair, NJ

Joe is a remote team leader, influencer, and growth specialist. He lives in Orange County, CA, and runs a $50 million+ production organization based in New Jersey. Joe runs his team remotely at eXp Realty while using social media to attract 550+ agents to eXp in the last four years. Joe’s real estate team went from five agents to 50 in 2022, and his team is top 10 nationally in the Zillow Flex program.

Michael Perry | Salt Lake City, UT

Michael runs a successful real estate team of 80 professionals based in Salt Lake City. He has a culture built on customer service and making agents and clients feel like family. In 2022 alone, Michael and his team were able to close over 800 deals, making them one of the top teams in the United States. In the past six years, he has helped catapult The Perry Group to the #1 team in Utah.

Ryan Platzke | Eden Prairie, MN

As co-owner of the #1 Coldwell Banker team in Minnesota, Ryan is currently ranked in the top 1% in the area’s total marketplace, with over $1 billion in sales volume to his name. Ryan’s tech-savvy approach to real estate ensures competitive results for his clients, an asset that is an absolute must in today’s booming market. His focus on market knowledge and people-first service means his style is comprehensive, results-driven, and relatable.

Levi Rodgers | San Antonio, TX

Levi led a successful military career and now leads one of the most successful real estate companies in the country. Since his retirement from the U.S. Army, Levi has focused his passion for serving others into his new profession. After starting with RE/MAX in 2012, Levi and his team spun off to create The Levi Rodgers Real Estate Group in 2020. The LRG company is built on three brand pillars: Service, Guidance and Expertise. The award-winning company has 215 agents and 20 staff supporting their operations of putting their clients first.

Shelly Salas | Killeen, TX

Shelly is an Army veteran who has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, helping others achieve the American dream of home ownership. Shelly was ranked the #1 Real Estate Agent Nationwide in 2021, according to NAHREP, for the most families served in a year. She has co-authored two best-selling real estate books and is currently working on her third.

Kristina Salcido | Albuquerque, NM

After getting her license in 2017, Kristina quickly rose to the top of her brokerage, winning the GAAR (Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors) Rookie of the Year. In 2018, she formed K2 Realty Team with her husband. In 2019, they created Simply Real Estate, which is now home to over 100 agents and finished out 2022 with over 180 transactions and almost $60 million in sales. Kristina currently sits on the Board of Directors for New Mexico Association of Realtors.

Teresa M. Stephenson | New York, NY

Teresa began her real estate career at Platinum in 2012 because of her love for working with new people and advocating for them at a very important moment in their lives. Since becoming the firm’s president, Teresa oversees all strategic planning and execution at Platinum. Additionally, she has trained some of the financial world’s top talent on communication and feedback skills at prestigious firms like Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank.

Koby Sway | Elkhorn, NE

Koby Sway is the general manager for the Briley Team. Since Koby joined the real estate industry, the Briley team has grown from 10 agents into 50+ agents. In the past three years, sales have grown from helping 325 families a year to 1,000 families in 2022. Today, he helps operate the #1 team in the State of Nebraska for volume and units sold.

Jeremy Wilson | Charleston, SC

Jeremy is the co-founder and co-owner of ChuckTown Homes Real Estate, serving families in the Charleston, Greenville, and Columbia markets in South Carolina as well as Savannah, Georgia. Starting the company in 2006 from the ground up has allowed Jeremy to serve in every role during its growth phase. Alongside his business partners, Shawn Pillion and Donald Russell, the company has grown to a team of over 100 agents and admin, selling over 900 homes in 2022.

The Agent Advisory Board Alumni Program

Zillow is excited to debut our Alumni program for former Agent Advisory Board members. After these partners finish their term on the Advisory Board, some will continue working with Zillow as trusted advocates. 

For the Alumni program, Zillow selected an exclusive group of partners, some who contributed highly valued insight and collaboration for over a decade. These trusted allies will continue to provide Zillow with honest, actionable feedback that serves customers and fellow agents. They’ll also stay involved through exclusive meetings, collaboration opportunities, and more.

Stephen has spent the last 35 years in business operations and technology. Stephen is the CEO of Tritori Realty Group inc, a brokerage dedicated to Zillow connections with locations in Raleigh, NC, and Atlanta, GA.

Bic DeCaro | Ashburn, VA

Bic is the team leader and founder of Bic DeCaro & Associates of eXp Realty, a real estate group ranked in the top 1% of agents in the region. With two decades of experience and almost a billion in sales, Bic has led her team to achieve a significant increase in annual production, growing from $38 million to just under $100 million in two years. She also started the Capital Growth Pioneers group of eXp, which has over 160 agents who meet every week.

Veronica Figueroa | Orlando, Florida

Veronica Figueroa is an award-winning real estate influencer, author, and keynote speaker, known for her vivacious personality. Veronica leads The Figueroa Team in Orlando, FL, the #1 team in eXp worldwide for homes sold in 2021 and 2022. She regularly engages with other team leads around the nation to share her unique techniques that fuel her team's success.

Brett Jennings | San Jose, CA

Brett is the owner and founder of Real Estate Experts. He is an award-winning luxury home marketing specialist and holds a certificate in negotiation from Harvard Law. Between 2017-2022, the Wall Street Journal recognized Brett and his team as one of the top 10 real estate groups in the United States. With over one million agents in the country, this prestigious award places Brett in the top 1/10th of the top 1% among his peers.

Philip Lang | New York, NY

Philip is co-founder and chief business officer at The Agency, where he works across finance, operations, business development, and partnerships. Prior to The Agency, Philip served as the COO at Triplemint, the New York City-based brokerage which merged into The Agency in 2022, where he oversaw the operations and finance teams of the company as it grew to achieve $1 billion in sales volume across six offices spanning four markets in the northeast.

George Laughton | Phoenix, AZ

George is an awarded real estate expert and founder of one of the top residential real estate teams in the country. The Laughton Team has been ranked within the Top Mega Teams for Volume by Real Trends, as well as being awarded Business of the Year for 2021 by The Phoenix Business Journal. His team has averaged over $1 billion in sales volume for both 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Joy Kim Metalios | Greenwich, CT

Since 1997, Joy has successfully worked with sellers, buyers, and real estate developers. In 2022, the Metalios Group was ranked the #1 large team in all of CT with over $187 million in closed sales. Joy provides a level of professionalism that only a truly experienced realtor can provide. Joy is deeply committed to her clients, which is why the bulk of her business is repeated and referral-based.

Lillian Montalto | Andover, MA

Lillian is the founder and broker/owner of Lillian Montalto Signature Properties International, LLC in Andover, MA. Laurie Reader | Broward County, FL

Chris Speicher | Maui, HI
