Over the years, Susan has bought and sold seven homes -- two with friends, rented at least 11 others, and couch surfed in between. Those experiences inform her writing at Zillow, where she breaks down data and trends to empower people to make informed choices around real estate. She believes everyone deserves a safe, affordable home, and looks for ways to help people achieve that.
