What is Best of Zillow?

The Best of Zillow program is a way to acknowledge participating Zillow Premier Agents who have received high scores across six key metrics: Answer rate, ALM Appointment Rate, Show Rate, Conversion Rate, CSAT and CRM Usage. To participate, you must be a Zillow Premier Agent partner in good standing and in compliance with your Zillow Premier Agent agreement. You must also meet all customer experience criteria established by Zillow Premier Agent at its sole discretion. Use of any marks or images associated with this program is subject to these guidelines and Zillow’s Content Guidelines.

Once notified that your performance metrics have qualified you to achieve Best of Zillow status, you will receive access to templates that include Top Agent on Zillow branding that you can use to share your achievements in accordance with Zillow’s guidelines around the Best of Zillow program. You may also leverage the Top Agent on Zillow badge for your marketing assets as long as the following criteria are met:

Best of Zillow Qualification Terms

• Partner agents are required to be a Zillow Premier Agent partner in good standing
• Partner agents are required to maintain an active Best of Zillow status to use the badge
• Partner agents are required to use the Top Agent on Zillow badge as provided by Zillow, inclusive of the month and year the status was achieved. They also cannot make modifications including, but not limited to, recolor, resizing, or design adjustments.
• Partner agents are required to use the complete "Top Agent on Zillow" name and cannot abbreviate
• When displaying your status as a “Top Agent on Zillow,” partner agents are required to follow any use of the status with: “Status based on achieving high scores in six performance metrics.”

In the event your performance metrics no longer qualify you for this program, you must immediately stop using the Top Agent on Zillow badge and designation and remove it from your existing marketing materials. If it is found that a Zillow Premier Agent partner is not adhering to these Best of Zillow usage guidelines and/or violates the qualifications outlined above, Zillow may take action to ensure the integrity of the brand, including temporary suspension and/or termination of a partner’s participation in Premier Agent.

General Policies

• In order to be eligible to leverage the Top Agent on Zillow badge, agents must have an active Best of Zillow status (found on-demand in the Best of Zillow Report) as achieved through exceptional performance in six key metrics: Answer rate, ALM Appointment Rate, Show Rate, Conversion Rate, CSAT and CRM Usage.
• Use of the Top Agent on Zillow badge is restricted to Zillow provided templates and/or in agent created marketing materials where use of the badge meets the qualifications outlined above (no design modifications, abbreviations, etc).
• Do not use the Top Agent on Zillow badges in a way that implies an affiliation or relationship with Zillow beyond your status as a Premier Agent partner and achievement of the Top Agent on Zillow status. In other words, your name and company name/logo should be the primary visual.
• Partner agents are not permitted to create their own merchandise using the Top Agent on Zillow badge.
• Partner agents who do not meet Best of Zillow qualifications must immediately stop using any materials that include Top Agent on Zillow marks and cannot run advertisements referencing the programs or else they face temporary suspension or contract termination.
• When you use the Top Agent on Zillow badge, your name and company, brand name and/or logo must be more prominent (roughly 50 percent larger) than the Top Agent on Zillow logo or badge.

Additional terms and conditions

Any use of the Premier Agent logos and badges must comply with the terms of these Best of Zillow Program Guidelines, the Premier Agent Logo and Style Guide, and the Zillow Group Terms of Use (collectively, the “Terms”). Subject to your compliance with the Terms, Zillow, Inc. (“Zillow”) grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free, limited license to use the approved Premier Agent logos and badges to refer to your participation in the Premier Agent program and status as a “Top Agent on Zillow.” The Premier Agent logos and badges are the property of Zillow and subject to the intellectual property rights of Zillow.

Zillow reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify your permission to display the Premier Agent logos and badges and to take action against any use that violates the Terms. Except for the license explicitly set forth above, nothing herein grants or should be deemed to grant to you any right, title, or interest in or to the Premier Agent logos and badges. Zillow disclaims any warranties either expressed or implied regarding the Premier Agent logos and badges, including warranties of non-infringement.
