Details matter when you’re helping clients buy and sell homes — and there are a lot of details. That’s why the Zillow Premier Agent CRM helps you gain a deeper understanding of your pipeline and gives you the tools to take the right action at the right time.
A valuable benefit of exclusive My Agent relationships is that you can gain insight into the homes your clients view, save and search for on Zillow’s sites. This helps you stay on top of changes in their home search, and it’s invaluable for learning about the homes they’re really interested in.
To view buyer activity for one of your exclusive My Agent relationships, simply open that contact’s profile from the mobile app or the desktop CRM.
From the mobile app, scroll down to see your clients’ activity for the last seven days. On desktop, that information is visible in a panel on the right side of the screen.
When you have exclusive My Agent relationships, we also deliver a daily buyer activity email right to your inbox. Your daily digest email makes it easy to focus your attention on active shoppers by giving you a summary of your clients’ shopping activity during the previous 24 hours.
The Insights feed in the Zillow Premier Agent mobile app can also help you discover real-time changes in your clients’ shopping activity.

Setting up tasks and reminders in the Zillow Premier Agent CRM can help you take control of your workday. It’s a fast, easy way to organize and prioritize your to-dos, and you can manage your tasks anywhere your business takes you.
Tasks are accessible from the main navigation of the CRM, both on desktop and on the mobile app.
Once you’re in the Tasks section of the CRM, you can create a dynamic task list to help you manage your pipeline. Your task list is designed to show you exactly what you need to do for specific clients, or entire segments of clients, each day.
To create a new task:
On the mobile app, your tasks are automatically sorted into pending and completed categories. On desktop, you can switch between the two categories using the drop down menu at upper left. To mark a pending task as complete, simply check the box to the left of the task.
If you lead a team of agents, you can also set up reminders to help keep your team accountable for client follow-ups. Reminders are automatically triggered to your agents’ Zillow Premier Agent mobile apps based on rules that you set up. Learn more about team reminders.
