Details matter when you’re helping clients buy and sell homes — and there are a lot of details. That’s why the Zillow Premier Agent CRM helps you gain a deeper understanding of your pipeline and gives you the tools to take the right action at the right time.

Viewing clients’ shopping activity

A valuable benefit of exclusive My Agent relationships is that you can gain insight into the homes your clients view, save and search for on Zillow’s sites. This helps you stay on top of changes in their home search, and it’s invaluable for learning about the homes they’re really interested in.

To view buyer activity for one of your exclusive My Agent relationships, simply open that contact’s profile from the mobile app or the desktop CRM. 

From the mobile app, scroll down to see your clients’ activity for the last seven days. On desktop, that information is visible in a panel on the right side of the screen.

When you have exclusive My Agent relationships, we also deliver a daily buyer activity email right to your inbox. Your daily digest email makes it easy to focus your attention on active shoppers by giving you a summary of your clients’ shopping activity during the previous 24 hours.

The Insights feed in the Zillow Premier Agent mobile app can also help you discover real-time changes in your clients’ shopping activity.

Scrolling through your Insights feed, you can see when your leads:

  • Suddenly increase their shopping activity
  • Change their price range
  • Start looking in new ZIP codes
  • Are interested in a specific property

Filtering your contacts

Contact filtering in the Zillow Premier Agent CRM is designed to help you track and manage your entire pipeline. To make it easier to execute an effective follow-up process, the filtering tool lets you quickly segment your leads based on categories such as:

  • My Agent status 
  • Time frame to move
  • Status of their home search

To filter your contacts using the Zillow Premier Agent mobile app:

  1. Open either your inbox or your contacts list.
  2. Tap the filter icon in the top bar.
  3. Select your filters from within the categories.
  4. Tap the Apply filters button at the bottom of the screen.

To filter your contacts from desktop:

  1. Open your contacts list.
  2. Access the Filters menu at the upper left.
  3. Select your filters from the dropdown menus.
  4. Click the Apply filters button at the bottom left.

Managing tasks and reminders

Setting up tasks and reminders in the Zillow Premier Agent CRM can help you take control of your workday. It’s a fast, easy way to organize and prioritize your to-dos, and you can manage your tasks anywhere your business takes you.

Tasks are accessible from the main navigation of the CRM, both on desktop and on the mobile app. 

Once you’re in the Tasks section of the CRM, you can create a dynamic task list to help you manage your pipeline. Your task list is designed to show you exactly what you need to do for specific clients, or entire segments of clients, each day. 

To create a new task:

  1. Tap the + icon in the mobile app, or click Create a task on desktop.
  2. Select the type of task, and describe what it is. 
  3. Specify which of your contacts the task is for.
  4. Add a due date, then adjust your alert as needed.
  5.  Save your task.

On the mobile app, your tasks are automatically sorted into pending and completed categories. On desktop, you can switch between the two categories using the drop down menu at upper left. To mark a pending task as complete, simply check the box to the left of the task.

If you lead a team of agents, you can also set up reminders to help keep your team accountable for client follow-ups. Reminders are automatically triggered to your agents’ Zillow Premier Agent mobile apps based on rules that you set up. Learn more about team reminders.

Linking dotloop for easy transactions

Integrating dotloop with your Zillow Premier Agent CRM lets you begin transactions directly from the CRM. Dotloop’s end-to-end platform also makes it simple to:

  • Share, edit and eSign documents
  • Request client reviews for your Zillow Premier Agent profile
  • Automatically update your profile with recent sales

To link your dotloop account from the Zillow Premier Agent mobile app:

  1. Open the More menu from the main navigation at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Access the app’s Settings from the wheel in the upper right corner.
  3. In the Integrations section, tap Link dotloop account.
  4. Sign into your dotloop account.
  5. Confirm that you want to link your dotloop and Zillow Premier Agent accounts.

To link your dotloop account from desktop:

  1. Open your Settings from the dropdown menu in the upper right corner.
  2. In the General section, click on Link dotloop.
  3. Click the Link dotloop account button. 
  4. Sign into your dotloop account.
  5. Confirm that you want to link your dotloop and Zillow Premier Agent accounts.
