In Enhanced Markets, Zillow is continuing our investment in a streamlined, integrated home-buying experience — powered by digital solutions and the expertise of our partner agents — to help customers get home. In these key markets where we believe we can help more customers transact, we're enabling customers and partners with some of the best products, solutions, and support that we have to offer. The first Enhanced Markets were exclusive to Flex partners. Now, however, we have shifted to a “hybrid” approach for new Enhanced Markets. This means that both Flex and MBP partners will continue to play a role in these markets and connect with motivated homebuyers to help them find, and win their next home.

The MBP program will continue connecting partners with motivated buyers through Zillow Premier Agent. As an MBP partner, you can unlock the biggest benefits of our partnership, like enhanced touring capabilities and high-intent connection types, by achieving Best of Zillow. Best of Zillow represents our top-performing partners who convert at almost 4x the rate of other Zillow Premier Agent partners. If you're looking for a competitive edge, Best of Zillow is your key as a Zillow Premier Agent partner.

In select markets where there is additional capacity for partners to enter the Flex program, we open up opportunities to MBP partners that we believe align well with the Flex program's objectives. Factors such as ZIP code coverage, connection capacity, team structure, and openness to providing integrated homebuying experiences to customers who have made that request are pivotal in our selection process. If you meet the criteria for Flex consideration in your market, you will be notified and contacted.

Zillow is focused on helping more customers work with high-performing agents. That continues to be true in Enhanced Markets. By pursuing Best of Zillow status consistently and partnering closely with your Zillow Advisor, you'll put yourself in the best possible position to maximize connection volume.

Partners are not required to work with Zillow Home Loans. However, if you would like to, you can easily transfer your clients through the Premier Agent app when they are ready to discuss financing. This will connect your client to a top-rated loan officer, who will provide expert guidance and work closely with you throughout your client’s financing journey.

No. Market-Based Pricing (MBP) partners will continue to play a crucial role in these markets and the PALs program will continue to operate just as it does today.

My Agent functionality will not be impacted by the Enhanced Market transition. MBP Partners will continue to have access to this resource for their existing connections.
