Why did we build this?

We're introducing these new, premium features to help you differentiate yourself and stand out on Zillow.

Buyers and sellers are looking for an experienced agent with local expertise, positive reviews, and to feel a personal connection with someone they can trust.

While it’s easy to find qualified agents, many profiles on real estate portals look similar, making it hard to find an agent they connect with.

How does it work?

To see the premium features in action, visit Zillow.com and click “Find an Agent” in the top toolbar. Agents who have updated their Agent Profile with the premium features will be highlighted by their brokerage or team logo.

When you view one of these profiles, you'll see that they include several distinct features:

Save time

Customizable branding

Display your logo and incorporate your brand colors.

Save time

Featured sales

Highlight the sales you want to feature on your profile.

Personalize

Media slideshow

Include photos, videos, a sales map, and featured reviews.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the free Agent Profiles and premium Agent Profiles on Zillow?

While any agent can create a free Agent Profile on Zillow, the exclusive premium features gives you a major advantage. With custom branding, curated media, and featured sales, it turns a basic profile into a powerful first impression—one that builds trust and highlights your expertise from the very first click.

Are the premium features available to everyone?

No, they are only available to select agents.

How do I optimize my photos for the media slideshow?

Images in the media slideshow use a fixed rectangular, landscape crop. For best results, use high-resolution, landscape-oriented photos (wider than tall) with space around the subject to avoid important parts being cropped. Avoid images that are too small, low-quality, vertically oriented, or square, and keep key content away from the edges to prevent it from being cut off.

To prepare your photos:

  1. Use a landscape (horizontal) image with a 16:9 aspect ratio, which is commonly used for slideshows, presentations, and online videos.
  2. Make sure your image is high-quality. We recommend:
    • Minimum dimensions: 800 x 450 pixels
    • Maximum dimensions: 13,300 x 7,481 pixels
    • File type: JPG or PNG
    • File size: under 25 MB
    • Tip: Avoid screenshots, images with lots of text, especially near the edges, and square or portrait-oriented photos.
  3. Add space around your subject. If you’re uploading a headshot, team photo, or anything with a focal point, center the subject and leave extra space around it so nothing gets clipped.

Still unsure? Try resizing your image in a free tool like Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint. Many allow you to set exact dimensions and add spacing before exporting.
