As we turn the corner on the month, three updates to the Zillow Premier Agent app and Follow Up Boss will save time for both agents and team leads.
Buyer activity insights are now available in Follow Up Boss
- Starting 7/29, you can tap into Buyer Activity Insights like saved and favorited homes right from Follow Up Boss, on both web and mobile.
- You can find these insights in the Smartlists and Contact Details page on Follow Up Boss web, and within the Activity tab on the mobile app.
- Contact buyers in real-time while they’re actively browsing on Zillow, tailoring your communication and recommendations to their needs.
Note: To access Buyer Activity Insights directly in FUB, make sure you have the two-way integration enabled. For more details, see Partner Guide: Buyer Activity Integration with FUB.
Agents can pause their own connections
- Team members can now self-pause and unpause their status in the lead rotation for up to 24 hours directly through the Zillow Premier Agent mobile app. (Partners determine if they want their teams to participate.)
- To use this feature, go to Settings in the app and select Pause all connections at the top of the page. You can toggle this feature on or off as needed, ideally when you're unavailable for 24 hours or less.
- Self-Pause allows agents to fully concentrate on current clients without the need for team leads to adjust their statuses.
Note: Team members’ self-pause status and self-pause end time are visible in the app. Agents are automatically unpaused at the end of the selected pause period. Self-pause does not give agents the ability to remove a pause initiated by their team leader.
Easy connection transfer to Zillow Home Loans
- You can now transfer Zillow connections to Zillow Home Loans directly through the new embedded app in Follow Up Boss.
- Once a transfer is made, you'll be able to see the assigned loan officer's contact information and can track your client’s financing status, from pre-approval to funded loan, within the embedded app.
- For Follow Up Boss users, this makes it easier to get your clients in touch with a loan officer and enhances your visibility into each client's financing journey, allowing you to provide better guidance and support.
Note: Follow Up Boss account owners need to enable the embedded app for their account by navigating to Admin, then Integrations, then scrolling down to Embedded Apps, then selecting the Zillow Home Loans app, and selecting Enable.
