We are making this change to ensure a consistent home shopper experience.  Presently, clients see different numbers to contact you across various Zillow surfaces and experiences.  Going forward, whatever number you have assigned in your “settings” will consistently be displayed in your Agent Profile, My Agent emails, and all calls from or to you.

You have a number of options to generate a new proxy number, including CRM systems like Follow Up Boss or third-party solutions like Google Voice.  You can even port your specific proxy number to Follow Up Boss by following these instructions. If you set up a new phone number, to ensure a consistent experience for your Zillow-sourced clients, please be sure that this new number is entered into your Premier Agent “settings” page.

Yes, we are making this phone number transferable to Follow Up Boss.  Please follow the detailed instructions here. Unfortunately, we are unable to support number ports to other CRMs or carriers at this time.

Alongside the removal of Premier Agent proxy numbers, we are turning off the “Direct Call Routing” option. Please note, this does not impact live connection transfers, only the direct call broadcast option. Since this option was directly tied to the proxy phone number that we once managed, we are no longer able to facilitate routing for calls to the number that is in your “settings”.  Many CRM systems allow for routing rules associated with numbers that they provision, so you are likely able to set up this call routing within your favored CRM solution. You will be able to view your past SMS threads with clients on the Premier Agent website under the Inbox tab, although 2-way messaging on the PA web or apps will no longer be supported after Dec 13, 2024. To minimize disruption to your client conversations, we highly recommend taking the recommended actions above to redirect Zillow client conversations to a different permanent number (or port your number to FUB) ahead of time.
