Important changes to Premier Agent proxy numbers

Effective 12/13/24, Zillow will no longer support Premier Agent proxy phone numbers. This means that client communications using your Premier Agent proxy numbers or any inbound client calls to this number will no longer be supported. For team leads, the specific ‘Direct Call Routing (Broadcast)’ functionality will no longer be supported by December 13, 2024.

Why are you deprecating Premier Agent proxy phone numbers?

We are making this change to ensure a consistent home shopper experience.  Presently, clients see different numbers to contact you across various Zillow surfaces and experiences.  Going forward, whatever number you have assigned in your “settings” will consistently be displayed in your Agent Profile, My Agent emails, and all calls from or to you.
