Accessing your performance reports
To access your performance reports on the mobile app, open the More menu from the bottom navigation bar. Your performance reports are listed at the top of the resulting screen.
On desktop, your performance reports are accessible directly from the Reporting menu on the main navigation.

Not only can you examine your lead volume for a given time frame, you can see breakdowns by lead type, ZIP code and property price. This report also helps you monitor your answer rate to ensure you’re getting your fair share of connections in the ZIP codes where you advertise with Zillow Premier Agent.
- Customer Experience Report: Your Customer Experience Report can help you build a brand known for exceptional service. Along with honest feedback from your connections about their experience working with you, you get data on how frequently you convert your connections into in-person appointments and, ultimately, into clients.
