Your primary day-to-day contact will be a regional, top-rated Zillow Home Loans loan officer. One loan officer is assigned to each client and guides both agents and buyers through the financing journey. Loan officer teams are assigned regionally to best serve you and your buyer.

Zillow Home Loans has loan officers that are available 7 days a week, so you and your client can get in touch any day, including weekends.
