Your primary day-to-day contact will be a regional, top-rated Zillow Home Loans loan officer. One loan officer is assigned to each client and guides both agents and buyers through the financing journey. Loan officer teams are assigned regionally to best serve you and your buyer.

After you transfer a client, a top-rated loan officer¹ will contact you and your client. The loan officer then contacts the customer and discusses customer financing goals and the pre-approval process. After pre-approval, the loan officer will contact you to discuss status.
