Zillow Trademark and Brand Guidelines

Welcome to the Zillow Trademark and Brand Guidelines! We created these general guidelines to protect our customers and the value of the Zillow brand. By using Zillow trademarks for any purpose, you expressly consent to be bound by these Zillow Trademark and Brand Guidelines (the “Guidelines”). If you have a separate agreement in place with Zillow, the terms of such agreement will govern to the extent there is any conflict between the Guidelines and the terms of such agreement.

Authorized Uses of Zillow Trademarks

Your use of Zillow trademarks is limited solely to text that refers or links to Zillow’s products and/or services. Trademarks should only be used as an adjective that modifies the generic name of a product or service (for example, the Zillow website) and should not be used in the possessive or plural. The appropriate ® or ™ should be included on the first use of the mark.

Unauthorized Uses of Zillow Trademarks

You may not use Zillow Trademarks:

• in a manner that may imply Zillow’s endorsement or sponsorship of, affiliation with, or other association with your business, products or services;
• in the name of your business, product, service, domain name, email address, social media account, or any other offering;
• in a more prominent manner than the name of your own business, product or service;
• in an abbreviated or alternative form, including, without limitation, variations, phonetic equivalents and foreign language equivalents of a trademark;
• on promotional merchandise to be sold or otherwise distributed;
• in combination with any other trademarks, words, symbols, images or designs; or
• in a tagline or slogan.

In addition, you may not use Zillow logos, trade dress, website content or other related materials without Zillow’s express written approval.
