June 2024 Product Updates Summary

As summer kicks into gear, June is full of launches that will improve your experience across the Premier Agent app, Follow Up Boss, and Zillow Home Loans. Here’s what’s new:

Agent Leaderboard Enhancements

• Zillow rolled out a new leaderboard in the Premier Agent app that lists top performers across Zillow’s Flex Performance Standards.
• You’ll also see a personalized ranking and a performance indicator that shows how you compare against other agents on your team.
• This update will help celebrate top performers and inspire healthy competition among agents.

Pre-qualified ZHL Connections

• In the PA app, you’ll now be able to see if a new connection has been digitally pre-qualified before they request an agent on Zillow.
• A new “pre-qualified” tag will show up under the connection’s name in the app, and if a loan officer has already been assigned, that info will populate on the Mortgages tab. 
• This is designed to give you a snapshot of someone’s progress toward pre-approval and identify high-intent buyers who are further along in their journey.

Follow Up Boss Activity Counting Toward My Agent Relationships

• Any communication event in Follow Up Boss will now count toward establishing or extending your My Agent relationship status with a client.
• That means you will show up as the only agent when a client searches for homes on Zillow for the next 365 days. Additionally, any tour requests will be routed directly to you.
• This will help you automatically be top of mind with clients and maintain a relationship throughout their search.

Zillow Home Loans Embedded App in Follow Up Boss

• By July, you will be able to transfer connections to Zillow Home Loans directly from a new embedded app in Follow Up Boss.
• Following the transfer, you’ll see the assigned loan officer, their contact info, and your client’s financing status. 
• This will allow you to connect clients with a loan officer in fewer steps, and it will give you more visibility into their financing journey, all within Follow Up Boss.
• Note: Follow Up Boss account owners must “enable” the embedded app for their account by navigating to Admin → Integrations, scrolling down to “embedded apps,” selecting the Zillow Home Loans app, and selecting “enable.”
