Spring Hill TN has been a very hot market with new homes selling quickly. We had driven many miles in their home search and saw a new listing hit the market that had potential. Katie loved the home and really wanted it. Knowing how competitive the market was, I quickly prepared the offer documents. We later received a multiple offer notice from the seller so Katie and Drew made a slight increase to their offer, determined to not lose the home. ...Success! They got the contact. I was thrilled for them. Later they decided not to buy the home and backed out of the contract, knowingly forfeiting their earnest money. I understand their disappointment and felt badly for them. However, everything was done at their direction and of their decision. I provided prompt, friendly, and professional support as I always do and for this inaccurate and misleading comment to be made about me 16 months later in such a public fashion seems out of character for her. I wish them all the best.
