Evolve Property Inspections

Humberto becomes an extraordinarily rude human being when asked to explain himself and his report. With no residents living in the property, his report said there were no leaks in the toilets. Both toilets in the house were leaking as soon as we moved in and flushed (literally the first flush). The plumbing in the house is basically a complete mess. His mold report recommended a mold analysis. We paid more for the mold analysis with HIM and he said it cam back fine. Walls had to be removed and mold had to be cleaned in multiple areas of the houses (because of the toilet leak, I may add). He began yelling on the phone when confronted about this, not even remembering the house. He yelled "I told you to do a mold air analysis!" When told we had him do it, he shut up rather fast. After some thinking, he said the lab gives the results. I believe it's his job to explain those results, which he didn't do. He just said they were fine. By this point, Humberto was yelling each word. He finally asked what I wanted from him. I said I wanted a refund, at least for the mold inspection. He said, "nope, no refund. I did the job" and hung up immediately. Sure, the reviews seem positive when there are no actual issues with the house, but when he wants the referral from the realtor or broker, whatever to make the sale. Humberto is a truly terrible business person. Stay away if you want quality work... or at least a nice human being to interact with.
