Jonathan helped us recently to purchase a property on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. We are very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to choose him again. Jonathan has plenty of local knowledge of North Kohala (where we were looking to purchase) and is just all around nice guy, very easygoing, yet diligent about every tiny detail of the deal. He was very proactive in his communication, clear and punctual, which was important to us, since we did not have a lot of time on the Island. I started working with Jonathan after a couple poor experiences with a couple other agents. Over nearly a couple year period, Jonathan continued to follow up and send me leads. In fact we even made an offer on a property that was not accepted. I was thinking Jonathan was perhaps thinking I was just a tire kicker...but he kept on sending me properties to consider. Then the "one" came up. It was a back and forth tussle. Jonathan was very creative in putting forth an offer that was acceptable to the sellers. I had just about given up hope that any deal would be put together and I was not prepared to go a penny higher than what I had offered. Jonathan was given the opportunity to visit face to face with the sellers and the listing agent and was very persuasive and the sellers accepted. Once escrow opened, Jonathan was right on top of the details, bending over backwards to accommodate my needs. I have purchased a number of other properties over the years and have dealt with over 20 agents during those transactions, and not one of them has come close to Jonathan in terms of my satisfaction of their service to me!
