    I closed escrow just last month and Alex was my agent. He was a pleasure to work with. I purchased a foreclosure and the listing company was very difficult to deal with but Alex made the process ver smooth and easy. I already referred a friend of mine and I hope to refer more friends to Alex.

    I used Alex to help me purchase a condo in Encinitas and it was a very smooth process. We made offers on a lot of condos and he was very patient with me. This was a short sale and it required extra time to get approved but it finally happened and we were able to close very quickly. I would definitely recommend Alex and have already started looking for another investment condo to purchase.

    I used Carlos & Alex Aguilar to purchase a condo which went very smoothly. I had never purchased anything larger than a car and I was pleasantly pleased with the smoothness of the transaction. I don't plan on making another purchase or to sell my place anytime soon but will definitely use them again. I think the main thing that really made things go well was the communication. From Carlos to Alex there was always someone available to answer my questions which made the entire process painless.
