Moving to a new state is stressful enough, but trying to find the perfect home in a crazy market is another story. Jynel was absolutely amazing the entire time. No matter how crazy the market got, or how stressed I became, she was our rock. I thought buying a home site unseen (only seen through video call) would be a disaster, but she was extremely thorough, and answered every single question I had. I'm happy to say we did find our dream home, and it wouldn't have happened without her. She was so available all of the time and made us feel like we were her only client the ENTIRE process! I am so convinced we wouldn’t be in our amazing house without Jynel. Although I was discouraged about the market in early 2021, Jynel worked endlessly and diligently to find us a house that met every single thing on our wishlist! We weren’t available to come down to see the houses that we wanted to look at in person, but that was no issue for Jynel! She video chatted us in all of the homes and if the service wasn’t great she would take videos (which was REALLY helpful information, as I work from home and need great service). When going through houses, Jynel left no stone unturned. She made sure to point out every scratch, dent, ding, and even was able to bring up things that we completely missed. This was SO helpful when it came to assessing what we were willing to take on with our new home and what we could not. Jynel was SO responsive all the time. She also introduced us to our lender who she worked so cohesively with. She answered any and every question we had and if she didn’t know the answer, she didn’t stop until she found it. Jynel went so above and beyond in finding us our dream home, it is absolutely evident that she loves what she does.
