    Hi Rico, I'm truly sorry to hear that this was your experience. Reading your review was very hurtful, especially after the time and energy I invested in supporting you both over the course of a year. My goal has always been to provide honest, attentive, and thorough service to my clients, and I genuinely cared about helping you find the right home. We toured many properties and went through two escrows together, both of which fell through due to inspection concerns. Despite those setbacks, I remained committed to your search—even offering to pay for your next home inspection, as I knew you were feeling discouraged and I wanted to help however I could. What’s especially disheartening is that after we took a break from the home search, you reached out to me again when you moved back to Hawaii to resume working together. That meant a lot to me, and I truly believed it was a sign that you felt supported in our previous efforts. As for the fee mentioned, that was a brokerage policy at the time, which I had no control over and clearly communicated. I also explained that my commission was always negotiable, and I do everything I can to ensure it's covered. Shortly after that situation, I chose to leave my team and go solo so I could provide clients with more flexibility and the personalized service they deserve. I'm grateful for the time we worked together & I wish you nothing but the best.
