While it’s important to understand prospective renters’ preferences, if their needs don’t fit with your schedule, it could result in a frustrating back-and-forth. With that in mind, landlords who specified their available days and times using the Tour Availability tool received more email contacts for their listings, which means an increased chance of finding a qualified renter for your listing faster.
