How can I view one of the townhomes?

Has anyone lived in these townhomes before?

No. These townhomes are brand new. Be the first occupant and make it your own!

Are utilities included in the lease?

No, utilities are a resident responsibility. For your convenience, utilities are held in the owner’s name and then passed through as a separate charge each month.

Can I bring my pet?

How long is the typical lease term at Magnolia Townhomes?

12 months is the standard lease duration.

How do maintenance and repairs work?

Residents have access to an online portal where they can submit work orders for maintenance and repairs. There’s also an emergency phone number for urgent matters.

Is renter's insurance required?

Yes, more information is provided about this requirement once your application is approved. Renter’s insurance is usually very affordable and easy to secure.
