Parking is included for our registered guests. No valet or garage parking is available.
Our third-party platforms offer military and senior discounts upon providing documentation of military service. In addition, our front desk will be able to provide you with our club rate for veterans with identification. For more details call directly to inquire.
Our rooms are outfitted with a single plush queen sized bed. Each room comfortably accommodates two guests.

Breakfast is not included with your stay. However, breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served throughout the day at Hot Plate Eatery, which is our restaurant on property.
- 72 Hours Notice for Partial Refund or Credit applied to a future stay. Guests will be responsible for the first day.
- 24 Hour Notice for a full credit to rebook at a later date (except in the case of sickness, extreme weather or hardship, please contact management).
- No shows will be billed at the full rate for your entire reservation.
- Credit cards on file for reservations must match the guest’s government issued identification. For security reasons, guests must present the same credit card upon check in.
No smoking or vaping in any rooms. Smoking is relegated to outdoors only.
Dogs or cats are welcome for short term guests only. A $150 deposit per pet is required. Pets must be friendly, weigh less than 40 lbs and be on a leash at all times. Guests must clean up after their pets while on property and are financially and legally liable for any and all damage or occurrences. A park neighbors our property that is also available for pets.
Yes, each room is equipped with a private, secure safe.
All rooms are smoke-free. All other special requests may be denoted when booking online or with our front desk staff.
Mail and packages can be sent to The Residences of Windsor at 3501 E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC, 28205 and will be held by our front desk staff. Packages may be picked up between the hours of 8am - 8pm. We will give you a courtesy notification to pick up your package if it is not picked up within 24-48 hours upon arrival.
