    Ray Philly

Ray is a place for art, the people who make it and the people who love it. Our apartments are really special (think huge windows, blonde oak floors, laundry in every unit) and so are the building’s full-time artist studios and ground floor communal spaces. Whether you live here or just plan on hanging out, Ray makes sure art and culture are never far.

    Design

Using honest, organic materials and a natural palette, Ray aims to blend elevated design with practicality. We want to reimagine what the modern home can be.

    Apartments

We really obsessed over every detail. From studios to 2 bedroom townhouses, every Ray apartment is the beautiful outcome of many sleepless nights (and 100% worth it).

    Neighborhood

You can find Ray Philly ‌at the crossing of Northern Liberties and Fishtown. These are a few of our favorite places nearby.

    Crane Arts

Originally built as a plumbing warehouse in 1905, the Crane Arts building has served South Kensington's creative community with affordable studio space for over a decade. Photo via 2 Sentence History.

    Forin Cafe

Now with two locations, this cafe and creative space features great pour-overs, can't-be-missed programming and a locally-sourced selection of bread, pastries and snacks.
