Neighborhood Description
The Olde Mills Lake Subdivision is a relatively small subdivision of custom built homes so no two houses look alike. All the homes have lots of acreage and everyone keeps the yard looking beautiful and well maintained. Each home site offers lots of privacy for the homeowners. It is located off Bass Lake Road in Holly Springs so it is convenient to shopping, schools and major roads. 

What I love about the home

I love the backyard of this home. It slopes slightly downward and it is very lush leading to a path that takes you to the Bass Lake Park where there are walking trails around the lake. There are beautiful trees in the backyard and the floorplan of this house allows you to enjoy that beauty from your home no matter what time of year it may be. This home would be excellent for those who enjoy entertaining - there is a huge living room and a very large dining room. Just the way the house sits on the lot is wonderful because it sits back off the road with just the right amount of trees in the front yard. This home has been well maintained and it shows.
