Back on the market as of March 12th 2014. The most desirable condo building in Harlem. Welcome to The Douglass, located on trendy Frederick Douglass Blvd - the most talked about hub in the past 3 years. Now comes to the market a wonderful, high floor, sunny one-bedroom with 9-foot ceilings. There are windows in every single room: kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom; bringing in an open eastern exposure. This stunning one bedroom is in mint condition. The open Chef's kitchen has all stainless steel, Jenn-Air appliances, a double sink, granite countertops, beautiful wood cabinets and expansive counter space for cooking. The living room is large enough to also fit a dining table - the large, east-facing window makes the room feel airy and modern. Leading to the bedroom are three closets in the hallway: one of the two louver doors houses the vented washer/dryer.
