My Notes

If Location was to be ranked on a 5 star scale, this condominium would be given a 6th star. This gorgeous Victorian building is superbly located on the corner of Green and Buchanan. It has to be one of the most desirable locations in all of San Francisco, just one block from San Francisco's most popular neighborhood street of Union. Being a corner building provides tremendous light all throughout every room in this condo. There are soaring ceiling heights, two oversized bedrooms, a huge living room and remodeled kitchen with a private back deck overlooking a shared courtyard. There is parking too but if you are feeling "green", the location is one block the express bus to downtown. This home is so versatile. It would make the ideal home for a single person or couple, a fabulous rental property, or the perfect Pied-a-Terre if you live on the Peninsula.  More Less
