Note: This is a MakeMeMove Listing. The house is not entirely ready for sale. There are a few projects in progress that I would still to complete prior to sale (more with landscape, adding gravel to driveway). House is available for those wishing to setup a viewing (please contact via this site) but a tentative sale date is not yet known. Please note as other updates continue to be made (touching up exterior paint, fixing worn attic windows, adding updates to bathrooms, etc) the price will need to be adjusted accordingly.
