If it seems like there has been one announcement after another about MLSs signing direct feed agreements with Zillow Group® lately, you're right: Over 230 MLSs have signed direct feed agreements with Zillow Group since January 2015.
Today, we're announcing that yet another MLS has signed a direct feed agreement — but this one has a twist...
The 6,000-member strong Northern Colorado-based Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES Multiple Listing Service) has indeed signed a direct feed agreement with Zillow Group, providing its members with the ability to have their listings fed to Zillow and Trulia.
In addition to the feed agreement, however, Zillow will also offer expanded metrics on IRES MLS listings through ListTrac — making IRES the first MLS to offer its members expanded, customized reporting metrics about their listings on Zillow and Trulia.
Lauren Hansen, IRES CEO, had this to say about their new partnership with Zillow Group:
We are very excited to have Zillow statistics in ListTrac. This gives our brokers the ability to see listing activity from various web sites in one report. ListTrac also provides a weekly report for sellers so they are kept up-to-date with online marketing efforts. With Zillow’s large consumer audience, we felt it was important to include their statistics in ListTrac and are pleased with the partnership.
Zillow Group also offers expanding reporting options through Zillow Tech Connect: Reports, the third and newest pillar of the popular Zillow Tech Connect program. Through Zillow Tech Connect: Reports, MLSs and brokerages who send their listings directly to Zillow will have access to expanded reporting on their listings by their vendor of choice. Companies interested in joining Zillow Tech Connect: Reports can email techpartnerships@zillow.com for more information.
