This month brings new ways to track your business and communicate easily with your clients and prospects. Make sure you have the most recent version of our app to take advantage of text message templates, daily lead reporting and more improvements for Zillow Premier Agents.

Lead and team report improvements

Stay on top of your business with anytime access to performance reports! Your lead and team reports now capture more data — refreshed daily in the Zillow Premier Agent App — to track your progress. Here’s the latest on what you can do with these reports:

Lead report

  • Quickly analyze your lead data with specific breakdowns by leads over time, ZIP code and price range.
  • Monitor your Answer Rate to help ensure you're getting your full share of connections.

Team report

  • See the volume and status of connections and leads your team members have received.
  • See which of your team members are doing a good job answering our calls or have room for improvement with Answer Rate.
  • Filter your leads versus leads assigned to your team members.
  • Get a summary of key lead statistics for your team.

New requirements for Best of Zillow 

Starting Oct. 1, Zillow Premier Agents will be required to add past sales and validate their real estate license number on their profile, as well as maintain an experience score of 90+ to receive the Best of Zillow designation. A complete profile lets home buyers know you’re an active agent — and that you’re committed to meeting buyers' evolving, on-demand expectations.

If you’re already a Best of Zillow agent or team, double-check that your real estate license number is validated and, if you don’t already, enter past sales each time you close. Individual agents need to enter at least 12 sales or sales totaling $2.5 million a year; teams need 24 sales or sales totaling $5 million a year. Update your profile now.

Zillow Premier Agent text message templates

Text message templates for iOS

Keep up with your communications while you’re on the go with our new text message templates for iOS. Simply use the plus symbol in the message field to access a list of pre-populated replies, select the best option, make any edits or changes, and hit Send. This new menu also allows you to access AI-powered home recommendations, making it easy to wow your clients with just a few taps.

New billing platform for agents and lenders 

Our new billing platform is now available for all Zillow Premier Agents and lenders. Use it to access your invoices, manage payment methods and pay past-due balances directly from the CRM.
