It’s been an exciting time of changes for the Premier Agent CRM, many of which we shared at this year’s Premier Agent Forum in Las Vegas. Designed to help you convert leads faster and with greater ease, these updates include PA4 improvements like streamlined notifications to help you quickly identify high-value connections.
Make sure you have the latest version of the app, and start exploring how these enhancements empower you with data and insights you won’t find anywhere else.
After you speak with a new connection live by phone, we create a 30-day My Agent relationship between you and them. During this period, you’ll appear as the only buyer’s agent on listings they view. You’ll also gain insight into homes they view, save and search for — keeping you one step ahead.
Interested in who you might already have a My Agent relationship with? Our new contact filtering options make it easy to see your active relationships and which might be expiring soon.
Leverage our data and artificial intelligence to make home recommendations to clients directly from the Premier Agent App. Simply start a text conversation with them through the app, and you’ll be able to review a list of 10 homes we’ve identified based on their home-search activity on Zillow and Trulia. When you see one you think your client will love, add a personalized message and send it to them with just a few taps.
When you engage in back-and-forth text messaging through the app — for instance, when you send a home recommendation and get a response back — we’ll extend your active My Agent relationship with that connection for another 30 days.
Superior customer service is fundamental to the success you’ve had in real estate. The Customer Experience Report provides honest and direct feedback from your Premier Agent connections. Customers rate their experience with you, and you can receive those ratings in the form of easy-to-understand data that shows where you’re excelling and where there are opportunities for growth. It’s a great resource for building a brand known for exceptional customer service. You can find your overall customer experience score and many other data points in the Premier Agent App and CRM.

It’s now even easier to keep your business running smoothly with improved desktop navigation. Whether you want to update your routing rules, manage your listings, review your advertising preferences, explore your reports or get help, everything is just a click away from your inbox. Working on the go? Updates to the Premier Agent App let you get your tasks and contacts from your inbox with a single tap. These navigation improvements are already in place for iPhone and will be rolling out to Android users later this year.
We’ve also improved the way agents access the Premier Agent CRM on desktop with a new landing page that provides useful links and information about how to get the most from Premier Agent.
With our streamlined notifications system, you’ll now only get a phone call from us when we have a live connection to transfer to you. If you’ve been receiving automated phone calls (“text-to-call alerts”) about your leads, those will now be delivered straight to your inbox. We’ll still use email, push notification and text message alerts for all leads, so you’ll always know the minute a new lead hits your inbox.
We encourage maintaining this setting, but you can turn text-to-call alerts back on by changing your notification preferences in the Premier Agent App notification settings or your desktop account settings.
Configure your notification settings to receive push, email or text notifications to make sure you always know when we deliver a new lead.
