With Zillow Academy, you can learn at your own pace at a time that’s right for you, whether you’re leading a sales team or waiting to close your first sale.

Agents can access proven strategies on their own time

Zillow Academy, which launched to all Premier Agent partners in July 2021, is designed around the foundational concepts of Best of Zillow. Its courses feature data-driven insights about customers who search Zillow, as well as winning strategies practiced by some of Zillow’s most successful Premier Agent partners.

The courses consist of short modules that show you ways to provide exceptional service to clients you meet through Zillow. The courses are presented in a variety of formats, including videos, interactive quizzes and scripts used by agents for practice, and include an estimated time for completion.

  • Optimizing Your Lead Routing
  • Sales Tips
  • Connection Call Success Strategies
  • Operational Readiness

Zillow Academy allows you to follow a specific learning path, or you can pick and choose relevant courses that can help you acquire the skills and insights you need in the moment. You can track your progress and completed courses on the platform regardless of whether you’re following a specific path or learning ad hoc.

Courses are tailored for professionals at every level

If you’re a team leader, Zillow Academy courses can help you onboard new and existing team members.

If you’re an individual agent, you can learn foundational skills for success from the initial connection call through the closing of the sale.

Jenn Bryant, principal broker for The Bryant Group in Virginia Beach, Virginia, said Zillow Academy courses help teach agents how to interact with customers on the phone, book more appointments and ultimately sell more homes.

“(Zillow) really gets into the mind of the consumer which helps our agents and our team really understand why it is we say what we say and how to ultimately increase production,’’ said Bryant, a real estate professional for 19 years and Zillow partner for eight.

Bryant said the courses also help agents build their knowledge even before they close a sale.

New courses are always in the works

The team behind Zillow Academy is continuing to add topics and courses based on feedback from Premier Agent partners. 

“Zillow is always growing and putting new courses out so we’re looking forward to it,” said Premier Agent partner Bryant. “We’ll definitely be advising that all of our agents take the Zillow courses. As long as they're doing great, we’re doing great.”
